- SSsevencitiesjmJun 17, 20221.0I really tried to be patience, you know I worked with you when you shorted my my cancer meds, and i tried to overlook the fact you have a text message alert system that may or may not work. But now this last thing, I am going to have to get a whole new doctor and wean off a med that is a quality of life thing, and all because you say something is ready, I get there and you have not even contacted the doctor yet. I thought nothing was worse then Optum RX, well here you are and I guess I was wrong.
