    Wanted to try so they said sign up for a month, I didn’t like it and I ended up paying three months. That’s their policy for cancellation.

    I joined CP a couple of months ago and i’m loving my experience so far. All of the instructors are wonderful, especially Angela! Jennifer the manager is also very kind and helpful.

    This is the only exercise program facility that I’ve ever consistently stuck with which is quite the feat in itself. Motivating, non-judgmental, and meets you where you’re at knowing each day is different for your body keeping in mind any bodily limitations- modifications are given too which are all things that come to mind when reflecting on the instructors that I’ve had the chance to work with. There is a diverse team of instructors with an array of fun approaches/ styles and personalities to keep you laughing as you sweat through 50 minute classes. These people care and come to know your name even without the whiteboard you write your name on. Shout out to my favorites, Stephanie and Sally! The front desk gals are always superbly personable, helpful, and sweet too. A whole body approach that works parts of your body you never knew could be worked. The best stretching contraption aka the reformer/ feet in straps. Endless exercises to be done on the reformer and lots of cool equipment to utilize. Terminology/ jargon specifics are always explained and demonstrated. Inner strength, body function awareness, breathing technique, flexibility, stamina are some of many things you’ll gain. Each class is a bit different which keeps the experience dynamic and not ever boring. I never dread coming. I get excited to see familiar faces a part of the club. It’s a solid community. For a place prone to collect sweat, it is kept to a high standard of cleanliness too. It’s also a place in which I feel comfortable and safe. This exercise is for the masses, eclectic body shapes, ages, abilities/ activity levels, etc. I never feel awkward next to others at different levels. Everyone focuses on themselves and only ever cheers on others. The app makes it sublimely easy to pick out classes in advance that are convenient for you working around work hours and you can always look back and check your schedule. I enjoy the history and activity features that keeps track of how many classes you’ve taken and which ones/ with what teachers. Each class is leveled and described to give you an idea of what you prefer and what is appropriate. Classes range from relaxing to strengthening and heavy breathing high activity levels. I like checking out the bios of each teacher before trying a class before hand. Small classes are perfection in this environment and you always have your own space and equipment to use. Never crowded. You are guaranteed a spot if you’re signed up. 5 Stars Club Pilates. It’s not just the space, it’s the people that make all the difference. :)
