My wife and I cancelled our membership 2 weeks and 1 day (would have been sooner if the manager's schedule would have allowed for a sooner meeting) after signing up due to 1)  multiple instances of child care staff mistreating our one year old son (which we only found out because we caught/witnessed it as we were picking him up) and 2) unprofessional/disrespectful remarks from the staff towards us/our friend and her baby. We spoke to the general manager who was respectful, professional, and understanding of our concerns, which led to us being able to terminate our membership and be fully refunded. However, of additional concern, was the fact that we were informed that at least "5 other families have come forward with similar concerns." Make that 7 now, as my family and my wife's friend have left this facility for the same reason. If this is a recurring issue, why has it not been fixed? I work with people daily and understand that we are all human and don't always have our best moments/days. However, if you choose to work with small children, understand they are going to be upset and even cry sometimes. That does not warrant you talking to the one year old like he/she is an adult. Children need and deserve positivity. Being ugly to a one year old works 0 times of 100. Again, I am very thankful my wife and I both witnessed the actions/comments of these women towards our child, since he doesn't yet have a voice himself. I will not be the parent who thinks my child is always innocent/the victim and can't make mistakes, especially when he gets to be more of age. I was not raised that way, nor will I raise my child/children this way. But he is ONE! And when we pass our ONE year old over to you with trust that you're going to care for him (your job) in the mere 45-60 minutes we work out and your remarks are "repeat" (because he is crying from initial separation - a normal baby behavior) or "why are you looking at me like you're already about to cry?" - maybe it is time you find a new job. Or maybe it is time management fixes the problem, as this should not be a recurring complaint (i.e. 7 families). With regards to the work out space/other amenities: The gym is expensive, but does offer a large amount of amenities. For such a large facility, the free weight area is small and could use expansion. Overall, I would not recommend. Unless you need a pool, steam room, or sauna, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
