During the first call, when my client asked if anyone spoke Spanish, Danielle simply said "No" and hung up. I called back a second time to act as an interpreter, but she was still very unpleasant and careless. It is sad that employees like her cause businesses to lose clients. I was definitely looking to refer my clients elsewhere where they would be treated with respect. However, after the incident, the management office called me. They stated that they had listened to the calls and apologized for the representative's interaction. They helped accommodate the schedule for the mother and provided great service, reinforcing their commitment to treating everyone with respect and dignity.
