  I came to this location on Saturday and let them know that I had my own frames to put lenses into. We waited a half hour to be seen. After purchasing two pairs of prescription glasses for my husband I was then told they would not be doing my lenses as they don't do outside frames. That is not what the website says but they did not care. Today I went back to get a refund on the warranties that I was charged for without my permission. I was told that the second pair I could not get a refund on the warranty because it is somehow tied to the tint. And yet there's a $30 charge for the tint in addition to the warranty that I did not approve. when I asked for clarification as to how these two items are tied together the worker did not want to take the time to explain it, she said she wasn't gonna go back-and-forth with me, and she would not discuss it further. After waiting 45 minutes to be helped for the refund the manager did not answer her phone and I was turned away again. While I was sitting there waiting to be helped they also locked the door at 5:45 PM so no new customers could come in. I will be going one more time tomorrow to get all of this corrected hopefully. But I will not come back to any Eyemart express again.

  They’re a little short staffed but I still had a wonderful first experience here! I came in with a prescription and within 5 mins of being there I was already being helped by a friendly staff member. She helped me get the most out of my insurance allowance and set me up with some beautiful frames. I also was able to get my glasses same day in under 30 mins. I have always had to wait weeks before getting my new pair so this was incredible for me. I walked out in my new glasses seeing better than ever. I already plan to come back for prescription sunglasses and will continue to be a returning customer in the future. Thank you Eyemart for a wonderful experience!

  Wish I could give zero stars, I came here last year with my prescription to get a pair of glasses which I wore a whole year without knowing that they put the wrong prescription in my glasses! When I found out I went back to this eyemart to let them know which then I was gaslit & they made me feel like it was my fault that I didn’t know it was the wrong prescription. I get prisms in my glasses so it takes time to adjust so I figured that was the case. They wouldn’t give me a refund & only offered me new Lense in the same pair of frames with my updated prescription. My eyes have been in pain the whole year since getting those glasses which I told them and they took no accountability and I didn’t even get a sorry for their mistake. I will never come here again, do better. So if anyone’s gets glasses from here, make sure they actually put your prescription in them. UPDATE the owner responded back to this review with the eyemart help email which they were very helpful & I was able to get a refund!

  Just frustrating. I ordered my daughters 1st pair online. The only time a name was asked for was when it was time to pay. They asked for billing info and I was picking up in store. Naturally- my name goes in because my kid isnt paying. Months later we need a new pair I go inside without my kid because we already had everything in the system. They pull it up. Im not sure who it was that helped me. She says 'You put it under your name when you ordered online, we may not be able to because in order to create an account with her name shes gonna have to be here- even though we have her prescription and everything from the last pair right here' Complicated for absolutely no reason. Its not just the workers. Its the whole system. Plus probably them being tired and ready to go home since they locked the door 10 minutes before 5. They did try to see if they could edit my name and put hers. The 1st order she didnt come in. Why now?? And if im paying out of pocket then why couldn't I just reorder in my name since the first pair were in my name? The first pair were perfect and I just wanted the same exact pair. It shouldn't be so difficult. And maybe learn the systems the customers work with before accusing them of messing up something they have no control over. The other lady said 'i dont know why customers do that online, I guess cuz they paying they think theyre supposed to have an account' No! Thats not it at all! Theres no where to put my daughters name when im paying and picking up in the store. The credit card isnt in her name. I sat in my car and placed a whole new order in less than 10 minutes. Shipped right to the house. Not coming back to deal with this nonsense.
