  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process of choosing glasses easy. A special thanks to Mike, who went above and beyond with his patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. He made sure I found the right pair and that everything fit perfectly. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend this optics center!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Sterling Optical in Tysons Corner. The staff I dealt with was rude, overly pushy, and unprofessional throughout my visit. I came in intending to purchase multiple pairs of glasses, but the way I was treated completely changed my mind. Instead of feeling helped, I felt pressured into making a purchase, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. Because of the poor customer service and aggressive sales approach, I decided to take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of places that treat customers with respect, and unfortunately this was not one of them. If you look at the other bad reveiws this is a common theme that this staff lacks professionalism and respect for customers.

  The best eyeglass shop I’ve ever been to! The customer service is truly unmatched here. The employees go out of their way to help you, they really listen and care to help. My prescription is pretty high, but they were very patient and helped me find the perfect glasses that works for my prescription and looks good too! They have really nice brands to choose from like YSL, Armani, Gucci. Their prices are affordable. The quality is amazing & my glasses arrived very fast. They honor their warranty for their products here without any issues. I even had my eye exam here. The doctor is really detail oriented. What I love the most is that they really care to help, they’re not just trying to sell. Huge thank you to Zee and Kevin for their outstanding service.

  The front desk gentleman is very rude. Lacks customer service I walked in since I was at the mall and checked if they had an availability- and he laughed and said who walks in and then said we are done
