    Bigger and better than the skyline gym. 6-lane pool. Weights are kind of spread out. I dont know how parking or equipment waits are at peak times.

    The Tyson Corner VA Onelife is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of. The equipment, the outside patio, the steam room are just a snippet of the amenities the gym offers. I would suggest this gym for anybody who wants just to work out in a great gym atmosphere with great staff and management. Also I do want compliment two of the front desk agents Ben and Jennifer they always wear a smile when greeting people walking in the gym.

    I've had an excellent experience with Mr. Terry Milburne at OneLife Fitness. From day one, he has been friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive. His positive energy and genuine commitment to helping members succeed create a welcoming atmosphere that makes coming to the gym enjoyable. Terry is always willing to answer questions, offer helpful advice, and provide encouragement when it's needed most. His knowledge and dedication are evident in every interaction, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure members have a great experience. I truly appreciate everything Terry does and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding service and support at OneLife Fitness. Terry is a valuable part of the team and makes a real difference in the member experience.

    Ok so here goes. I have been going to this gym a little over a month and I am 50/50 on whether I like it or not and here’s why. First off the treadmills clearly everybody likes the Precol treadmills but only 2 work the way they are suppose to to INCLINE and DECLINE! It’s either that or they don’t turn on at all. Showers literally only 3 have hot water the rest the water is so cold! Machines don’t have the numbers on them do you are playing roulette with what your weight is. I got on the leg extension machine the piece to adjust it was broken off ok. But you go back and you can use it but you can’t adjust the leg part. Towels are the hungry games. IYKYK I will say the cleaning lady in the morning is the sweetest person I’ve met. To me she does really take care of the shower area and around the locker room. This one life of not bad. But it’s not the best one I’ve been to

    The facility itself has several positive qualities, but my interactions with Brad and another front desk employee another male with long hair were disappointing. I found their communication and customer service approach to be unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful when addressing my concerns. As a paying member, I expect to be treated with respect and have my concerns handled with professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The way the situation was handled left me feeling undervalued as a customer and negatively impacted my overall impression of the gym. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration and used as an opportunity to improve customer service and member relations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend consulting with either of these individuals. On a positive note, several other staff members have been helpful, respectful, and professional, demonstrating the level of decency and customer service that members should be able to expect.
