  I had such a great experience at this gym on day 1 of joining, especially because of Terry! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell that he really cares about creating a positive environment and making people feel comfortable. It’s honestly refreshing to meet someone in a management position who is so friendly and personable. Terry made me feel very welcomed and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He really left a great first impression, and I’m so glad I came in!

  I had a disappointing experience at OneLife Fitness. When I asked to use the HydroMassage, I was told I needed to handle it at the front desk. When I asked the staff member there to repeat himself because I did not hear him clearly, he raised his voice/yelled at me instead of simply explaining it again. He also was not welcoming when I first entered the club. Customer service should be respectful and professional, especially when members are simply asking for help. I hope management addresses this, because no one should feel uncomfortable or disrespected while visiting the gym.

  I’ve had a great experience at OneLife Fitness in Tyson! Brooks, Tyler, and Miles have all been absolutely excellent. They are always friendly, professional, welcoming, and willing to help with anything you need. They make the gym feel like a really positive and comfortable environment, and their customer service truly stands out. It’s clear that they care about the members and want everyone to have a great experience. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism every time I’m there. Definitely recommend OneLife Fitness in Tyson, especially because of the amazing team! 💪🏼⭐️
