Be very, very careful if you're considering their personal training membership. I signed up for a three-month personal training package that cost aroun $1,300 per month. When I signed up, my trainer told me it would be fine if I just let him know a few weeks before the membership ended if I wanted to cancel. That's exactly what I did. Then I got a call saying they were going to charge me for another full month because, according to the contract, my cancellation was a few days late. They subtly threatened me, in a friendly way, by reminding me that I had signed the contract and that they would enforce it. It honestly felt more like I was talking to a lawyer. It felt like they cared more about enforcing the fine print than treating a customer fairly. On top of that, there were multiple times when I was paying for one-on-one personal training, but I was asked to join group sessions while still being charged for one-on-one training. I also played tennis there, and that experience wasn't much better. Their court reservation system doesn't seem to work reliably. One time, security came to the court and asked me to leave even though I showed him my confirmation email. His response was simply that my reservation wasn't in their system, even though their own system had sent me the confirmation. I also don't believe sending a security officer was an appropriate way to handle that situation, especially when I had a valid confirmation email showing my court reservation. Overall, I was left with the impression that this is not a customer-first organization. In my experience, maximizing revenue seemed to take priority over treating customers fairly or resolving issues reasonably. I won't be joining Onelife ever again, and I wouldn't recommend signing a long-term personal training agreement without reading every detail of the contract very carefully.

1 star based solely on my experience with a few staff members, not the gym itself. I burped once in the lobby, which was a normal bodily reaction, and the situation was escalated far beyond what it called for. When the manager, Bill, approached me, I tried to be reasonable. I introduced myself and attempted to deescalate the conversation. That is when he called me a child, said he could kick me out due to my conduct, and told me he would be watching me from now on. Separately, a woman at the front desk named Marina (who handles memberships) jumped into the conversation and brought up an unrelated prior incident where she claimed I had cursed at the front desk before, as if that was relevant to this situation. Both employees came across as aggressive in their tone, language, and body language. I’ve been coming to this gym for a while, and the other staff members have been great. My issue is not with the gym itself, but with how these two employees handled a minor situation in an unnecessarily confrontational way. I’m sure they’ll try to find minor infractions and attempt to remove me unjustly.

The squash program under Coach Khan has been a wonderful help in maturing my two young sons, and is a highly recommended means of getting them off of their devices.

I’ve been coking here for over 8 years, and Francisco has been one of the reasons why I’ve been coming back. Would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone, the staff is super friendly and everything is always clean and functioning. The classes are also great and would fit anyone’s taste/preferences

Unfortunately my experience at the Regency has been that the staff is very unfriendly… in reality, pretty rude. The Tysons Club has a much better staff. They are courteous and treat guests with respect.
