I stopped by LensCrafters because I needed help with two pairs of glasses, and Makan went above and beyond. Even though I wasn't buying anything, he took the time to fix both pairs quickly and professionally. He was friendly, respectful, and genuinely happy to help. It's refreshing to receive that level of customer service with no pressure to make a purchase. Thank you, Makan—I really appreciate your kindness and excellent service!

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters thanks to Makan! From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find the perfect pair of glasses, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His patience, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer service truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel valued and confident in their purchase. Thank you, Makan, for providing such outstanding service—I highly recommend asking for him if you visit LensCrafters!

Generally it is good. But I give one star bc the lady kept on persuading me to add things on although I told her countless times "no". Even so, she tried to add on on her own.
When a customer said "no" to any of the add-ons, either a warrenty or thinner lenses, you should stop asking again and again. It is extremely unprofessional that makes you look like a car dealer.
Actually, this is worse than car dealer. At least at a car delear, when the customer is greatly annoyed and say no to every add-ons, most dealers will stop. But here, the lady try to add on things on her own. Good thing is that she told me "I will add on the warranty with discount."--But I never give her the consent to do that. Also, on my receipt, I still have some add-ons that I did not discuss with the lady with, such as varies of coatings. This includes a UV protection coating, which costs about 50% of my total out-of-pocket cost. We have never discussed about this coatings and she just added them to my bill. This place is totally a scam. I have already paid for it, what can i say?
I can only say that after being a customer of LenseCrafter for 16 years, this will be the last pair of glasses I'll ever get from here. Building an honest business reputation takes years. But to destroy it take only one visit. I don't deal with scammers.
And if you are not going to treat this seriously but gives me a generic, AI-generated reply. Please don't do it. It is a waste of my and your time and it does not improve anything.

I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters in Tysons Corner, and Dayvon Henry deserves special recognition. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain my options clearly, helped me understand the pricing, insurance benefits, and discounts, and made the whole process feel easy instead of overwhelming.
What stood out the most was how honest and attentive he was. He was not pushy at all, and he made sure I felt confident about my purchase and the choices I was making. It is rare to find someone who combines great customer service, product knowledge, and genuine care the way he does.
Dayvon represents LensCrafters extremely well. Because of his help, I left feeling taken care of and happy with my experience. I would absolutely recommend this location, and especially Dayvon, to anyone looking for glasses, sunglasses, or eye care support. Truly a 5-star experience.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
