    My daughter had an appointment here, verified by phone call the prior week and text message a couples days prior confirming day time and location. Get there (drove an hour) and the office has been permanently closed, the appointment they scheduled for was in Roanoke location despite the text confirmation verifying martinsville location. (She had been to martinsville location for initial appointment this was a follow up). So unprofessional.
