    Bristow/Manassas Target Optical Team always has the best customer service. They also have great warranty program. Highly recommend. They takes various insurance.

    Worst experience with this location! These ladies were not friendly at all- very rude and dismissive! Came in to pick up the glasses and both ladies working here treated us like we were bothering them. Didn’t care to adjust or tighten the glasses...absolutely nothing! Almost like “here you go-get out now”. Terrible customer service for us unfortunately.
