  This place is great! Awesome atmosphere, and the equipment is always in tip-top shape. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and best of all—it never has that typical “gym smell.” 😂 The staff is friendly, there’s a great variety of equipment, and it’s just an all-around great place to get a workout in. Definitely one of the better gyms around Manassas. 💪

  Amazing gym, quality people, and great equipment would recommend to anyone!!! Mark and Gigi are great staff always extremely friendly and helpful make you feel right where you belong! Shout to John the personal trainer he has really helped my fitness journey!

  Despite the busy times and lack of people putting equipment away, everytime I go into the locker room, there is people standing in the mirror taking pictures. I understand taking progress pictures but I do not feel comfortable being in the back of someone’s photo. Especially with children being in there and people changing, it’s not the place for it.

  I’ve been going to onelife for a few months now and it’s a great facility with lots of amenities, the reason I started going here was because they have a lot of turf equipment which is very helpful for hyrox training. My only complaint is how hot the gym is and when I brought it up I was told the fan doesn’t spin any faster. Which for reference the fan looks like the last spin when it’s ready to be turned off. I also understand it’s summer but I have heard it doesn’t get any colder which is a big bummer since it’s really hard to workout when it’s so hot!

  The bathrooms are pretty nasty at opening. The floors are nasty and when you are doing morning classes, you shouldn't have to deal with hair and dirt all over the floors you are touching and using. They need to have someone cleaning after hours. Not only during the day. They also need to stop letting people use chalk or make them clean it up. Everything gets covered in it and gets gross. I have reported the cleaning issue multiple times and nothing has been done about it. The day people shouldn't be the only ones that get a clean gym, we all should!!
