  Follow up to previous review. Good experience on the front end. Paid up front, but never received the hearing aids. I worked with the credit card company for a credit.

  In a world where getting good service is increasingly difficult, I was pleasantly surprised to receive such professional treatment. My 2-year-old daughter was born during the pandemic and has not been socialized. It's hard to go anywhere and know how she will respond. Previously, she's cried when approached by strangers and even family members. I was stunned at how Ms. Horning knew exactly how to make my daughter comfortable. It was amazing to watch her use patience and expertise to overcome any potential problems. She totally won my daughter over and was able to conduct multiple tests and even place devices on my daughter's head and in her ears without any negative reaction. We had a totally pleasant experience and all tests were successfully accomplished. I would highly recommend this service to anyone, especially parents with sensitive children.
