The fitting process of the inserts was surprising full of information about my feet. I was facing an ankle surgery, so decided to finally try this as a solution to my ankle and foot pain. So glad I did, it has only been 2 days, but already have positive results and less pain. I will say, it was more expensive than I expected, very, but I now consider it money well spent for pain relief and no surgery. Thank you Good Feet & Ryland

I was told that it should be worth it for me to feel better. They failed to tell me that I didn't have to purchase bundles that I could just purchase the needed inserts. I found that out through a customer of mine that had also visited this business. I think that it is disgusting to put pressure on someone and have then strapped financially when they are indeed vulnerable and want to feel better. Of course there is a no refund policy. I asked if I would need to purchase different shoes and or a different size and explained my work and was told no. The inserts don't fit/work properly in the majority of the shoes that I wear to work. I have worn the inserts daily and still have pain. Very disappointed and I actually would not recommend.
