  Dr Tinoosh got me out of pain on my first day at her office in Oct 2025. Her and her team have helped me, my father in law and my mother in law to get out of pain and correct the cause. She stays up to date with the current therapies to relieve pain and promote healthy living. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Dr. Tinoosh is very caring, listens to concerns and provides excellent treatment. The office staff are very friendly and wait time is minimal.

  Five stars across the board! From the ladies in the front office to the care providers in the back, they are all top tier in professionalism and treatment. Dr. Tinoosh is the only medical professional I have ever received care from that truly considers the body as a whole. As someone with hypermobility Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, I cannot adequately express how important and helpful her approach and experience have been for my physical health and wellbeing. In addition to her extensive knowledge, she is also incredibly compassionate. I have less pain and healthier mobility than I have had in years thanks to the care I am receiving from Dr. Tinoosh. I have been to several chiropractic offices during the 24 years that I have lived here in Virginia, and this is now the only one I will recommend.

  Great staff took time to explain what was going on with my back an neck so glad I did research an found them wouldn't go no where else an recommen to anyone with back problems
