  I had the privilege of visiting Lorton Dental and Implant Surgery on May 14, 2026, for a consultation regarding dental implants @ the referral of my dentist. I was under the impression that I would meet with Dr. Patel for the consultation however, my consultation was with Allie, Hybrid Treatment Coordinator. Allie was very pleasant, patient, professional, and knowledgeable to answer my questions/concerns regarding (dental implants, materials used, cost, financing and ways to pay for implants etc.,). I met Dr Patel briefly, he answered a couple of my concerns and gave his recommendation for my situation. I found the office to be very neat and welcoming. Overall I was pleased with my consultation and rate my visit a 4 out of 5.

  I have a very good experience with Dr. Patel. He is a very nice and experienced Oral Surgeon. I went to his Lorton Office to extract my broken tooth. And Dr. Patel extracted my tooth very nicely and professionally. I did not feel any pain. Dr. Patel is the best Oral Surgeon in the Northern Virginia area. And also all the other staff members are very nice and friendly too.

  I highly recommend this practice for their exceptional care and expertise. At 73, I was a bit nervous about having tooth #18 addressed, but the oral surgeon was so skilled that I was able to have the extraction, bone graft, and implant placement all done in a single procedure. Being able to take care of everything at once was a huge relief and made for a surprisingly easy recovery. The entire team is truly wonderful—from the front desk staff who were so welcoming to the surgical assistants who were incredibly kind and attentive throughout. It was especially meaningful to be cared for by my own daughters and granddaughters who work there at the office! Having my family right there with me, working alongside such a fantastic surgeon and staff, made the experience so much more comfortable. I felt truly supported and well-cared for from start to finish.

  The Dental practice is well organized, everybody is very professional and friendly. Treatment (implant) took only a short time since everything was ready when I came and all assistants knew what they had to do.

  Dr. Patel is the best! I had my FULL mouth implanted and he did all the surgery in a very professional way! After going home, I took some pain- killer and had some soups and soft food followed the instructions and that’s it! No pain AT ALL! That is amazing! before the implants I was really scared and nervous , I thought I would have to suffer it for a long time with a lot of pain . Not with Dr Patel , he really has the magic hands. Thank you Doctor! And the Lab teams, they were very nice and patient, they helped and listened to you until you were completely happy with your smile no matter how long it took! Thank you! Thank you all!
