  I had a (an unscheduled) dental emergency. Lorton Dental Implant & Oral Surgery was the next stop before the Hospital Emergency Room! I didn't require stabilization. Although, I ABSOLUTELY required a large does of Antibiotics before arriving from an Endodontics Dental Doctor after an x-ray. Therefore, Lorton Dental proceeded. The infection was spreading fast. To my neck & throat from a lower molar that needed to be extracted because swallowing was difficult, swelling was visible and it could have been more serious if not treated. I began their new patient paperwork. I was starting to feel side effects of the Rx fighting the infection. The assessment began for my vitals before completing the paperwork. The doctor discussed a plan with supporting staff. I finished supplying what was needed and final images etc. I don't like needles because they hurt and meds BURN... I didn't want to be put under. Hence, I got/get the shot(s)!!! Anyways, the procedure was successfully completed. Now recovery begins. I was provided with detailed information and it was also explained. I can't thank Lorton Dental Implant & Oral Surgery enough for seeing me without prior notice and quickly resolving my emergency. Your experience might not go as well as mine. Although, I hope that you consider giving them an opportunity to show how professional, caring and competent they will resolve your dental procedure.   The clinic and team did an excellent job as the journey for my tooth extraction was quick and smooth without any issue.

  Very good from start to finish. Got my implant, came back twice due to mouth pain. After minor adjustments was good to go.

  If there was a SIXTH star, Dr. Patel has achieved it. He is a consummate professional who believes and practices in patient comfort. His speed in accomplishing a pain free surgery is amazing. Not to be left out, his office team complements his efforts with speedy, honest information that provides open transparency to the patient. Also, they provide excellent follow through after the surgery. Dr. Patel has performed several implants on me over the years. He IS the Oral Surgeon Doctor to “GO TO”.
