I signed up for a 4-credit-a-month membership ($109 a month, btw) to begin and planned on going unlimited after a couple months. Living with a chronic condition, work, life, and other responsibilities did not allow me to prioritize my once-a-week Pilates class during the holiday season resulting in not using credits that DO NOT roll over. Club Pilates for some reason does not allow credits to roll over, and they failed to mention this when I signed up. Had I known credits expired I would have prioritized my classes more. So after contacting management and receiving no inbounds from the owner, I realized there was no solution for the $219 I wasted and I cancelled my membership. I may pursue Pilates elsewhere because it is a holistic and intentional workout. It’s unfortunate I could not continue practicing at Club Pilates in Lorton. The studio is nice, the classes are organized (although the current schedule is not suitable for a traditional 9-5 employee IMO) and Pilates is a great workout. But I am taking my business elsewhere due to customer service qualms, scheduling discordance, and staffing issues here (after 10 classes, I was never coached by any of the coaches pictured on the website. Not sure they even work here).
