I tried a cortizone shot, over-the-counter inserts, all I need to kinds of compression socks, and stretches, and foot massagers. Nothing worked. And to be honest, unlike when I was told when I first visited the good feet store, it took much longer than a month or two to see results. But I kept wearing them faithfully and after six months I feel like I’m healed. I still wear the inserts on occasion. While it was very expensive, I feel that it was worth the money and I would highly recommend it to anybody suffering from plantar fasciitis who feels hopeless. I feel hopeless.
