I was hyper extending it all the time going down hill and getting up was super painful and unsteady. When I said I would put it off indefinitely, the orthopedist reluctantly said I might benefit from orthotics. Since getting the system from the good feet store almost 3 years ago I've had no knee pain. Yes, it was kind of expensive for me, but looking back if I had paid 10X as much I would be completely satisfied. The crew at the Leesburg store is knowledgeable and super attentive. It's among the best service I've ever gotten from a retailer.
