She took the time to ensure proper form and made the entire class both challenging and fun. The studio atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a fantastic experience for beginners and experienced fitness lovers alike. We had such a great time together and can’t wait to come back for our next class!

Since I've had both hips replaced, they are attentive and provide modifications for me to still have a great workout. Great class variety, and they extended my class package, which was unexpected and thoughtful! Highly recommend!
