However, this company bills by direct withdrawal from your account and they overcharged my father over $1500. It has been over five months, with 10 phone calls and 1 written request, and we still have not been fully reimbursed. The manager, Ms Cobb, keeps saying "I'll look into it"....she would not let me speak to the owner Mr. St. Claire....I would only recommend this company as a last resort.
