- EFElise FonsecaSep 10, 20261.0Don’t ever go to Lake Ridge Foot and Ankle Specialist!! The first time I called to make an appointment, they set it up like any place typically would. I show up, wait 45 minutes and ask when I will be seen for them to say “well we squeezed you in but didn’t actually give you a real appointment.” I stayed at work an extra hour because of this appointment rather than go home when my contract ended. I get a text at 230 asking for payment for my appointment. I arrive at 3:58 and try to check in for my 4pm only for them to say they don’t have me anywhere in their schedule. I’m then told nonchalantly, “well the receptionist must’ve forgot to hit save when he made your appointment.”
