  There have been some management challenges since MFA was taken over by the current company, and I feel some areas could be improved. The staff is the highlight of this facility. They are caring, hardworking, and consistently go above and beyond for the residents. The nurses do an amazing job despite being understaffed and often exhausted, and their dedication does not go unnoticed.I especially want to recognize Ms. Amie and Mr. Leon for their continued hard work and dedication over the past year or two. They consistently help keep things running smoothly, from the front of the facility to housekeeping, and always put the residents first. Their commitment, compassion, and willingness to do more than expected truly deserve recognition and appreciation.

  Ok this place will have 3 aids for 3 halls of total care residents. ,And you struggling with no supplies. Diapers. Bring your own. They have 7 aids on both floors for 3 to 11 pm

  Angela in admissions is one of the most knowledgeable staffers I have ever met. She know her job her building and creekside is lucky to have her.

  Amazing staff at this facility, especially RN Tawanda Harilal. Your dedication did not go unnoticed, and this facility is truly blessed to have a nurse of your caliber. You embody everything an exceptional RN should be. The love, care, compassion, and dignity you showed my loved one during their time in your care will never be forgotten. Thank you for going above and beyond and for making such a meaningful difference during a time when it was needed most. Your kindness and professionalism will always be remembered.
