  Ok this place will have 3 aids for 3 halls of total care residents. ,And you struggling with no supplies. Diapers. Bring your own. They have 7 aids on both floors for 3 to 11 pm

  Creekside is a great facility. I would recommend it to anyone who needs that extra care for their loved one. I was a bit apprehensive about putting my loved one in this facility, but the nurse on shift the day of admission, Tawanda, RN when above and beyond to put my family at ease. The compassion that she showed let us know that we had chosen the right place. Creekside needs to higher more staff like her.

  Creekside Post Acute has been a great place, but I especially want to highlight Nurse Tawanda. Whenever I’ve come in or needed an update on care, Tawanda has been nothing short of amazing. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and genuinely listens to any concerns without rushing you. Her warmth, patience, and professional RN care give so much peace of mind. Thank you, Tawanda!

  Amazing staff at this facility, especially RN Tawanda Harilal. Your dedication did not go unnoticed, and this facility is truly blessed to have a nurse of your caliber. You embody everything an exceptional RN should be. The love, care, compassion, and dignity you showed my loved one during their time in your care will never be forgotten. Thank you for going above and beyond and for making such a meaningful difference during a time when it was needed most. Your kindness and professionalism will always be remembered.

  My family member was a patient at this facility and the staff were great. They were very attentive to my family member’s needs. PT and OT were great in helping my family member gain their strength, but it was Tawanda, RN, SDC that made our experience that much better. She was awesome. The way she interacted with not just my family member but our family as a whole will forever be appreciated. Thank you Creekside!
