Please stop STEALING from your customers!!!! Sale items on on the floor are clearly marked, but they do not translate to the register. If you don’t watch GIANT extremely closely, they are ripping you off and you are getting nothing on sale.

My experience with Pharmacist Chu has been deeply disappointing and unacceptable. In my opinion, her conduct toward me has been combative, disrespectful, and unprofessional. As an African-American customer, I am concerned that I am being treated differently based on my race, particularly when I have observed her demonstrating greater courtesy and willingness to assist customers of other races. I understand that pharmacists must follow the law, comply with HIPAA, and exercise professional judgment. However, these responsibilities do not excuse disrespectful treatment, a lack of clear communication, or inconsistent service.

Incredibly capable team! I made an appointment for a vaccine but made a mistake with my online registration. Chu (I hope I spelled that right) proactively called me in advance to get the correct information and to make sure they have the correct vaccine available and prepared for my arrival. This leaves me incredibly confident and impressed with how they manage patient records. I would trust them again unhesitatingly, and recommend highly!
