  i've been going to club pilates for a few months now and i've had such a wonderful experience!! All the instructors are so kind and welcoming. Special shout out to Lisbeth, she's amazing and her positive energy just gets you excited for class! I truly love how she explains the purpose of each exercise while prioritizing stretching! Overall i've had a great experience and love this studio and have noticed such an improvement in my overall health.

  I’ve been a Club Pilates Unlimited member for almost a year and have taken nearly 150 classes. Yesterday I woke up with the worse allergies and called to cancel my evening class. The front desk-Alexis was very kind and said GM-Sophie would call me back and approved the cancellation with a refund. Instead, today, I received a call from someone named Janet, who informed me the refund was denied because apparently receiving one previous courtesy cancellation disqualifies you from any future consideration, even for illness. When I pointed out the obvious that the alternative is showing up sick, exposing other members and instructors, or paying a $15 penalty Janet agreed, no empathy just a straight- yes, that is the policy. So you pay, or you come in sick! For a wellness studio that markets itself around health and community, this policy is not just frustrating and contradictory to its own brand. Update 04/24/2026: Thank you for the response, but it doesn't hold up to scrutiny. 8/10 classes I cancelled had open spots no waitlist, no members left scrambling. If this policy is truly about protecting waitlist members and not revenue, why were those spots simply left empty? Also worth noting: as a newer member I'm charged $15 for late cancellations, while longer tenured members are charged $10. If this were purely about class access and fairness, the fee would be the same for everyone. The tiered pricing tells a different story. Once when I mentioned I was ill, I was asked to provide a doctor's note for a Pilates class. That alone says everything about where the priorities lie here. FYI, I pay for an Unlimited membership. If I wanted to skip classes, I simply wouldn't go. Nobody pays for unlimited access to then avoid using it. The assumption that members are gaming the system to avoid attending is insulting to loyal members who show up nearly every day.

  I originally loved Club Pilates and genuinely enjoyed being a member. That said, my experience has ended on an incredibly frustrating and disappointing note. I was laid off unexpectedly at the end of September and have been actively searching for a new job ever since. Right now, I am struggling to cover basic necessities like rent and bills — a Pilates membership is simply not possible. The cancellation process is outrageously convoluted and unnecessarily difficult. It feels intentionally designed to trap people into continuing to pay, regardless of their circumstances. I even offered to provide proof that I had been laid off, and it made absolutely no difference because of their rigid “policy.” That lack of empathy or flexibility is unacceptable and comes across as a predatory business model. This experience has completely soured what was once something I really enjoyed. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like this during a genuinely hard financial period. To be clear, the instructors are not the problem. Amber and Samantha are phenomenal — supportive, knowledgeable, and truly great at what they do. I miss their classes and they deserve credit despite how poorly the business side is run. I never expected my time here to end this way, but the membership policies and cancellation process have left a lasting negative impression. Due to this experience, when I do get a new job I will not return to any Club Pilates.

  Love my classes with Lisbeth! Her directions are clear and she takes the time to suggest modifications for each of us to get the most out of our workouts. She is certainly one of the best instructors!!
