I went back just recently to ask for an adjustment & was assisted by Natalie, who gave me her undivided attention and described in detail the steps she was taking to get the frames re-balanced. She went in and ordered a new pair, and she needed High Index to thin her lenses which she received, but the lenses were still too thick. I called and worked with Amanda regarding the High Index, which she recommended going to the 1.74 High Index, and pleasantly worked with me to make it happen. I was so impressed with her customer service, and I highly recommend checking Lens Crafters out if you are in the market for new glasses. Excellent Service!!!!
