We offer all levels of fitness including group fitness, personal training, large fitness area with cardio, free weight, and strength equipment. Plus our premier programs: FitZone and EliteFit. FitZone is our heart rate training group workout led by a coach utilizing the latest technology to track your results. And EliteFit is a hybrid training facility focusing on olympic lifts and functional fitness. We have a zone for everyone!
