  This pharmacy and their employees suck . Literally will pick up the phone to hang up. Why come to work if you don’t want to work ??

  This pharmacy earns bad reviews consistently, and it’s interesting that they do nothing to improve or respond to negative feedback. No one seems to follow an organized process in the pharmacy. Prescriptions take days to weeks to fill with no explanation. Staff is discourteous, whether in person or over the phone. I’m sure they are over worked and understaffed, which I have sympathy for. However, it shouldn’t be at the expense of your customers’ livelihoods and comfort.

  They are far worse than Walgreens. I guess I will be transferring all my Rx to Sentara hospital.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. My mom was transferred here from Rite Aide and it’s been horrible, the worst pharmacy ever. Every time I go to get my moms medication they say she doesn’t have insurance ( which she does) we got it straight, or so we thought, go back again, same thing. I asked them to make sure they have all her information in the computer so we don’t have to go through this again…it happened several more times. The medication takes forever to get filled, either they don’t have it or it just takes forever. We always refill in more than enough days before she runs out and they always make her run out. We’re leaving them, my mom is currently waiting on medication that should have been filled last week, they just told us yesterday they needed to talk to her doctor about the script. She’s currently now out of her medication. They are going to be the death of someone. If this is the best they can do, they need to shut it down altogether.
