  I’m brandon montalvo I’ve been coming here since they did a soft opening I had my needle adjusted by a new worker unsupervised and it called my blood to squirt from the needle I come back today and there’s two red marks on my arm and they told me I can’t donate don’t come here they are not property trained. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they’re new but now this has to stop people who are new needs to be supervised. I’ve been nothing but nice polite not disrespectful ya need more training

  Horrible customer service by 1 of the young ladies BEFORE you see the phlebotomists for the last couple of weeks. The shortest one that wears glasses doesn’t greet or even look at you when called up, nor was her tone inviting. Doesn’t seem like she wants to even be there. Please train her for better customer service.

  One of the worst plasma centers I've ever been to. The staff is poorly trained and unempathetic. This is a Greedy Corporate Fast Food style plasma center. They are also very stingy with the requirements to recieve full pay. The hoops and hurdles you have to jump through makes this place not worth the $100 that you may or may not get. I've never seen a staff so poorly trained. It's obvious they rushed to open this place and didn't do any due diligence to ensure donor safety. They butchered my arms i was stuck 6 different times by multiple staff and only recieved a measly $20 for my pain and my time. I would not trust these people to ever stick me ever again. Stay Clear from this place this is the worst plasma center in the 757.
