  I'm a New Donor that successfully went thru the Screening Process & Donated Plasma today Sunday 10/10/26 . This Center is Fairly New the Workers Appear to be Doing their Job Quick turnover time . Unfortunatly this Center Didn't Pay me my $:of which this Company Failed to Honor their part of the Contract Agreement I Don't Appreciate this Company Wasting my Time &Energy or At least Just letting me know Upfront they Couldn't Pay$ or their System was Supposedly Down this is Not AcceptBle Yet they have my Plasma I Feel like I Got Robbed After my donation there was Zero $0.00 on my card of which I was told to give them a hour .Noww it's Hours later they are about to Close I'm Having to keep Calling having to Chase them Down For My Earned $Donation Money Yet they Didn't Have to Chase Me Down to get My Plasma to No PreVail this is"" "" Really Bad for Business "" ""

  I don’t normally leave good reviews but I had to for KED. These people are pleasant and good at what they do. Once I had to ask 2 workers to move away from my bed with their personal conversation and they took it well. The same girl from that incident stuck me today and was very nice when she could’ve held a grudge. I like their attitudes and their work. I get a new person to stick me every time and they are all good. I left a previous review upset about payment but that was quickly fixed with staff. I look forward to sticking with them
