  After a traumatic experience with a dentist when I was younger 16, I neglected my dental care for YEARS out of fear that someone else would hurt me. Over time, that neglect led to problems that needed attention but fear can make it hard to take the steps you know you need. One day, someone suggested I “find a dentist like you.” I was confused at first by what they meant, but I took it to heart and found a dentist who looked like me. I found one …Unfortunately, I learned that shared appearance alone doesn’t guarantee quality care, clear communication, education, or a positive experience. What truly matters is finding a professional who is passionate about their work, takes pride in caring for every person who walks through their doors, and makes the effort to get to know you as an individual. That’s how real trust is built and that’s the kind of relationship we should all want with our healthcare providers. I’m grateful to say I’ve found that with Dr. Booth and his team. Thank you, Dr. Allen and Dr. Booth, for everything you do for me and for so many others in the community.

  Lawsuit, lawsuit, lawsuit. I should have filed for malpractice against Alan Booth; his license needs to be revoked. They will do whatever they want here. He filed and drilled my teeth WITHOUT CONSENT when I went for only an exam. I had a wonderful filling put in maybe two weeks prior by my regular dentist and the guy here decided he didn't like it and drilled my filling out and replaced it WITHOUT ASKING. Well guess what? This impatient man's filling fell out within a week. He kept insulting my teeth under his breath and saying that I needed braces, to which I verbally declined. He filed my teeth for braces anyway, and was working on other people in between complaining at me. It is an open area without walls between patients, and it felt like when he got sick of one of us, he'd go play with the next patient. Reckless. All I went in for was an exam to get a paper signed because we were moving and I had already closed my file at my regular dentist, who was amazing. Should have stayed with my regular dentist because years later, I'm afraid to get my teeth worked on to fix what was done here in 2020. I'm still in excruciating pain from the gaps he put in my teeth for braces that I do not want, and a cavity he drilled back into my tooth down to the gum. All because I went in for an exam.

  Went for my first root canal out of three. didn’t realize how tedious the process was until I was in trendelenburg position getting my tooth drilled for the past 30 minutes to a hour. Nevertheless. The two dental assistants,( im unable to remember their name) were very very kind and welcoming prepping me for dr booth. One was providing education for the other during my process as I assume she was in clinicals of some sort for dental work, She also ended up holding my hand while getting my numbing shots because I’m terrified of needles, lol she became my bestie just for that shoutout her!!!! and the other reassured and checked on me during the entire process. Dr booth did a great job, There was actually no serious pain during the procedure, more like pressure due to the seriousness of drilling needed for my fd up tooth, even with the shots and after the procedure ( im writing this the day after ) there it literally no pain. I feel great knowing I have two more to get done and I have a dentist office I can trust with my mouth and teeth. Thank you Dr Booth and all others who I’ve encountered during this process. Can’t wait to get back to you for my next appointment!

  If I could go less I would. Jeffrey Boothe was one of the rudest dentist I have EVER dealt with. I will say that I was not properly taking care of my teeth before seeing him, and because of that the visit was uncomfortable. He said to me 'don't be mad with me because you failed to take care of your teeth'. I also while under his treatment had to have my teeth molded for a partial denture. The assistant pulls a bucket from underneath the sink and pulls out a container of molds. I watch her fill the mold with the putty they use and she told me to open my mouth. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! They were not sterile at all and underneath a sink. The office manager was to have called back, which she never did. I would never ever recommend him or this practice to anyone.

  Dr. Allen and his team has been by far the best and truly my Heroes! They take time and care with their patients, They are very optimistic and upbeat and have great personalities.
