  The owner of this establishment is more interested in profit than service. While the staff was excellent, the owner himself made my experience at this location a nightmare. I would never step foot in another stretch lab. Find another stretch service provider, the stress of dealing with company is not worth it.

  My service was cancelled back in March after a really good experience. I cancelled because i wanted to do individual appts vs. a contract. I was assured the contract was cancelled at my last appt w/Chloe (who was awesome). On May 8th $189 was removed from my acct. I have spoke with office mgr (Macie) and another young lady who both verified my contract was cancelled. I was told I would receive those funds back w/in a few business days! Today is May 29th and i have still not received those funds back. That is not good business so I don’t think i will return for those individual appts. I will dispute the charges via my bank!!!!

  I have had some excellent experiences over the years with StretchLab. My current flexologist, Chloe, is amazing. The only problem I have with the company now is that they used to have a great person at the front desk during the day. Her name is Maddy and she really took care of all your needs accurately. They moved Maddy to the evening shift because they have brought in a new woman, her name is Macie. She just doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing most of the time. I asked her to cancel my membership, and even though she confirmed that she did, when I checked with Maddy, it had not been accomplished. I wish they would’ve kept Maddy in her daytime position. She never interfered with conversations between my flexologist and myself which is one of the things I miss about her. I hope at some point Maddy takes her rightful place as the dayshift receptionist again. It really is a better overall presentation for this location.

  My experience at Stretch lab was quite good. The rehab from the stretching was awesome and the people were truly extraordinary. The problem is the administration of the company. I canceled my membership five months ago. Via email as they requested. They didn’t cancel my membership for two months and kept charging me. I called again and emailed again and ask them to please cancel my membership. No action called last month, was told that they were under new leadership and that they would take care of it and call me back. Still haven’t heard back from them and I’ve got no refund despite the fact that I canceled my membership five months ago. Fortunately, they finally did stop charging me every month last month, but I keep getting empty promises and no action.
