  My experience at Stretch lab was quite good. The rehab from the stretching was awesome and the people were truly extraordinary. The problem is the administration of the company. I canceled my membership five months ago. Via email as they requested. They didn’t cancel my membership for two months and kept charging me. I called again and emailed again and ask them to please cancel my membership. No action called last month, was told that they were under new leadership and that they would take care of it and call me back. Still haven’t heard back from them and I’ve got no refund despite the fact that I canceled my membership five months ago. Fortunately, they finally did stop charging me every month last month, but I keep getting empty promises and no action.

  StrechLab is an essential part of my physical recovery from major surgery and my future maintenance. I’m thankful to Matt for his kindness while assisting me to restart and to Howard for stretching me weekly.

  I exercise 5 days a week & knew i needed to stretch but I didn't know exactly which positions to be in to target my problem areas. The staff at Stretchlab are amazing & really help me loosen up my chronically tense muscles. The assisted stretch not only feels amazing but is also helping me maintain full range of motion!

  My issue is with the OWNER and the shady business practices. The Stretch Lab is not cheap by any means. If there is a 30 day notice cancellation policy then that needs to be clearly stated and a COPY of the contract needs to be either emailed or printed and handed to the customer at the time of the agreement. I came in person to the studio on Tuesday of this week to cancel my membership. I cancelled directly with the owner, he never mentioned that I would be charged again after I cancelled. Today when I called him to let him know that I was charged, he was very condescending and unprofessional.
