I cant remember the young lady who took care of me, she was a technician and was so professional and concise. Walked me thru all the testing and took me back to the exam room where I met Dr. Butler,remotely. It was an amazing experience. She took her time, she was thorough and explained everything she was doing, listen to my questions, answered on a level that I understood. It was phenomenal, I hope I can request her for my next exam.
- MDMandy DonovanApr 22, 20261.0I have NEVER in my life had to spend 3 hours in a eye doctors office, the first time I went in they were an hour behind so I had to come back for the doctor part so I go back that Friday on my day off and sit in there for hours, this is unacceptable, then they don't call you back when they say they are, you leave a message no return call. This being I first time using you all and will be the last. I am blown away and you are running a business this way. I don't want excuess on well the doctor is running behind NOT MY PROBLEM! I will say that the people at the desk have been nice.
