The service was excellent, and I truly felt like they cared about making sure I was completely satisfied. Even when I had to come back shortly after getting my glasses to have them adjusted, all three were there and happy to help. They were patient, professional, and welcoming every time I visited. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

I was late for my appointment because of unexpected traffic, and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to have my eye exam. The lady at the reception desk was incredibly kind and understanding about my situation. She helped me throughout the whole process and was able to let me in for my exam even though I arrived late. I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and great customer service. I wish I know her name. I’m so thankful for how she treated me and helped make everything less stressful. I would give this location more than a 10/10 if I could! Highly recommend!
