- ECElizabeth ClarkeJul 3, 20261.0I canceled my contract with this center in the office in April of this year. I was told by the receptionist that my last payment will be in May. I was charge in June, I have been struggling to get a hold of anyone to issue a refund of payment. I would get excuses that Missy( the office manager) is not available, or that Missy was out of town and she is the only person who can issue refunds. Today, July 3rd I happen to get in contact with Caroline who immediately told me that she would email and text the office manager to get this matter resolved. Caroline even exceeded with great customer service to follow up with me and inform me that this matter has been resolved. She was so understanding on the phone and understood me frustration. Caroline is an asset to this office. Missy never contacted me for almost a month, and still to this day has not made and effort to apologize for any wrong doing of her office. Thank you Caroline I know you do not really work at this location a lot, but what you were able to accomplish today that all the others could not I am greatly appreciative for you. I hope your company really appreciates you!
