Absolutely AMAZING customer service from Brian! I had a little mishap with a lens and was expecting to wait a week or so for repair or be charged a crazy amount. Not only did Brian fix them on the spot, there was no charge. Thanks Brian! Saved the day!

Cathy was perfect. She was so knowledgeable and stylish, so friendly and funny, and she knows every frame in the store and was able to just simply pick the right frames immediately for me after listening so well to what I desired. I ended up buying two! Only after I purchased them, she told me that the company gifts a pair of glasses to low income folks for each two pair of glasses someone buys. It moved me to tears immediately. I'm really impressed with your company's vision. Well-done, friends!
