Cathy was perfect. She was so knowledgeable and stylish, so friendly and funny, and she knows every frame in the store and was able to just simply pick the right frames immediately for me after listening so well to what I desired. I ended up buying two! Only after I purchased them, she told me that the company gifts a pair of glasses to low income folks for each two pair of glasses someone buys. It moved me to tears immediately. I'm really impressed with your company's vision. Well-done, friends!

While the staff is lovely; the "video assisted eye exams" are anything but. My appointment started 30 minutes late due to technical difficulties getting the technician logged in to the system. When it came time to do the refraction test where they compare lenses, the machine would not connect to the remote technician. It took more than an hour and twenty minutes (three calls to their IT department and three separate technicians) to finally get it working - and when it did, it barely worked at that. When the remote technician tried to align the lenses with my eyes, the machine kept closing the distance - starting to crush my nose. Fortunately I moved out of the way before the machine slammed into itself and made a horrific grinding sound. After two hours, my "20 minute" exam was completed with an incorrect PPD measurement (thankfully the person at the front helped manually measure this). While they waived the fee for the exam; I do not think I would experiment with Warby Parker's "Video assisted" exams in the future.
