  I recently visited Club Pilates Gainesville and had an excellent experience. I attended the free 30-minute introductory class to learn more about Pilates, and I was fortunate to be the only participant that day. Julia gave me her full attention and made the session feel personalized and welcoming. She is a great teacher—knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. She took the time to explain the equipment, demonstrate the exercises, and answer all of my questions. Her guidance made me feel comfortable and excited about starting Pilates. I also want to recognize Mackenzie at the front desk for her kindness and outstanding customer service. She provided a warm welcome, a thorough orientation, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If you are curious about Pilates, I highly recommend scheduling the free introductory class at Club Pilates Gainesville. It is a great opportunity to learn about the program in a supportive and friendly environment.

  Booked a class on here on ClassPass on June 12. I showed up to my class six minutes late because there was a crash on the way and I live 30 minutes away. The front desk lady said that I would not be able to attend the class, but that she would marked me as here so I wouldn’t get the no-show fee. A few days past and I’m charged the no-show fee through ClassPass and when I call the Pilates place I find out that lady lied to my face and marked me as a no-show. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

  I LOVE Julia, Linda and Karsons classes! Such a welcoming group of people and I really enjoy the workout!
