- NSNoellie S.May 6, 20264.0I love this place and have been here every week for almost two years. I’ve lost 40 pounds, I’ve gained so much flexibility. I am SHY but my clothes are loud, I constantly get compliments from everyone. Everyone is kind. Everyone is committed bc at any given time half the women are slimming down for weddings or after babies! We sweat together and I love them. I advertise them to everyone I know! I know some really out of shape people. My only complaint is we should spend a little more time intentionally stretching and correcting form. I’ve been sedentary my whole life so mine is especially bad. But other than that, it’s perfect. I’ll be here until I move.

The classes challenged me, helped me grow stronger, and improved my balance and flexibility—but what truly made this year special were the relationships formed with the other women in class. From early-morning classes to tough final reps, the laughter, encouragement, and shared determination made every class something to look forward to, as we celebrated each other and our milestones together. While the sense of community has felt quieter than a year ago, I’m hopeful to see more events that bring that energy back. I’m grateful to be finishing another year stronger, more confident, and inspired by the women around me.

The staff and instructors are kind, funny, upbeat, helpful, and skilled. I’ve built significant muscle and made great friends. All of the instructors meet you where you are and there are always modifications if needed. I’d highly recommend taking the “Engage” class and learn about PB.
