  After an extended hospital stay, my family arranged for in-home assistance with Home Instead. My care assistant was Azoriah, and I couldn't have asked for anyone more attentive and kind. She came every day she was scheduled to come to my home, was always punctual and most helpful and cheerful in her attitude. Her first question was "Have you taken your medications?" She did laundry, prepared food and attended to my every need. She is a young lady who is so good at her profession that any future clients will be very fortunate to have themselves under her care. While I hope I will not need their services in the future, if I should, Home Instead will be the provider I turn to. Thank you to all the staff members of this organization.

  Rachel has been a great help to my father with her organization, good communication and overall dealing with his symptoms related to aging and cognitive decline. Without her, I wouldn't be able to continue my own work and raising my family while caring for him! Rachel and Home Instead have been the perfect service to keep my Dad at home where he wants to be while ensuring me of his safety and getting his health needs met!

  We are so happy with our are caregiver Jacqui Wright. She understands my husbands needs , he has Alzheimer's, often better than I do. He looks forward to her visits and is always asking when she will return. I have complete confidence in her when I leave them together. I am learning a lot from her.

  For the past year, Myleigh has been an incredible blessing to our family. She goes above and beyond every single day to care for my mother—not just meeting her needs, but doing so with genuine love and compassion. From preparing her breakfast to assisting with baths, using an electric razor to gently shave her face, and even giving her “beauty salon” moments washing and styling her hair, Myleigh ensures my mom always feels comfortable, clean, and cared for. She takes the time to make each day special—playing games like Connect Four, enjoying lunch together, and helping my mom back into bed for her afternoon nap. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail shine through in everything she does. In the year Myleigh has cared for my mom, she has become more like family than a caregiver. My mother truly looks forward to the days Myleigh comes, and I have complete peace of mind knowing she is being cared for just as I would care for her myself. We are deeply grateful to have Myleigh in our lives—she is a true example of what compassionate caregiving should be.

  I appreciate the opportunity to bring recognition to Karen and Betty, two outstanding caregivers for my 98-year (99 in February 2024) mother. It's impossible to overstate the impact their reliable, professional, compassionate, and kind care has on improving my mother's quality of life and allowing her to remain in her own home. For example, it is difficult for an elderly person to require assistance in personal hygiene ; however, Betty and Karen assistance is so sensitive and respectful , my mother feels entirely comfortable with being assisted in this manner . But, Karen and Betty's care extends far beyond my mother's physical needs. Equally important, they listen to her, they share experiences with her--in short, they make her feel valued. My family is extremely grateful every day for the care Karen and Betty provide.
