  Excellent Agency; Treats clients as a member of their family. Services centered around the clients. Include the client and family members are a part of developing the plan of care. Goal is to keep clients happy, safe, avoiding nursing homes and hospital stays.

  Truly dismayed at the 5-star review. This place is a mess. The care coordinator changes every other week or simply isn't there, aids fail to show up with no notice on a regular basis, even when the agency has been made aware - the agency just doesn't communicate with the patients, so people are left with no help. The agency always claims that they are "looking for someone to cover" but to date, has never successfully found someone when this happens. It's the least professional and/or organized home health agency I've ever encountered. A previous review referred to it as "Best Care" - that agency was bought out by Addus YEARS ago and is a far far cry from what it used to be. We've used them for years but are actively looking for a new agency, as it's only gotten worse. Please don't trust your or any other person's care to this company, they are almost dangerously negligent.
