  I am so thankful for my Onelife membership! The variety of group exercise classes makes this a wonderful deal and an integral part of my fitness program. I’m working to reduce so I strength train in the morning before work and do cardio and or yoga/barre after work. I joined at one of their 1B tier locations so, I have a lot of locations to choose from for a wide variety of classes. The first class I took was Les Mill Bodypump at 6:15am with Catrina. She is a wonderful instructor, very thorough but also very attentive. I’ve since take more than a dozen different classes at 5 locations and I can honestly all of the instructors have been great! Also, I’ve only had good experience with the classmates as well. I highly recommend this gym. I doubt you can find a better deal in the region.

  Great value for the money. Gym is in very good shape. Equipment is maintained. I have not had long waits during peak hours. Sauna and steam room work and are reasonably hot. Closed the pool :(

  This location is super convenient and easy access from the freeway. Plenty of parking and the members were one of the best students I had taught. They are friendly and welcoming. The equipment were all tidy and cleaned. The staff, and Tomas GFM is always prioritize members by providing variety of classes. Come check it out.

  I've been a member for 2 years and I'm going to most likely stay a member because it is very convenient for me - BUT - this club is in desperate need a complete renovation or a corporate cash infusion. Currently as of 5/17/26 the following things are broken - Water Fountain (approx 3 weeks); Ice Machine (approx 2 months); Mens Bathroom Urinals (approx 1 week); Track bubbling up causing major trip hazards (approx 3 months); The "One Life Fitness" Sign faded and peeling off the main entrance (approx 5 months). The pool is closed indefinitely which is sad; the main road and parking spots in front of the club are in deplorable condition with pot holes, mud and standing water all over the place; the parking garage is always littered with trash and sometimes sketchy activity; there is an old ragged out sign still on the main entrance saying "open and clean" which is a sad reminder of Covid that we all want to forget about; The steam rooms are out of commission several times a month; the laundry and towel service has been out of commission several times; and the general appearance and ascetics of the facility are very outdated and in great need of updating. I would just hate to see this club fail. The list of problems keep piling up and if the management and corporate team know anything about "the broken windows theory" of business they will dig into their pockets and find a way to get this club back on track, in working order and back to a place that its members can be proud of.

  Been a member since 2020. Love this place and appreciate the great staff. Some amenities like the speed bag aren’t operating but they have everything to help you with the core workouts. Keep supporting them! Only thing I can ask for is maybe a switch to a 24/7 hours of operation! It would be so helpful with my schedule and I’m sure others would love a 24/7 something like that. And a basketball court lol (please) In case management is considering, you have my support!
