- LSL SOct 22, 20265.0I’ve been going to this location for 4 years now, and there was a period of time when I was attending classes even daily. You should experience Kashera’s classes (Tue/Thu 6:30am). She is the most intentional and methodical of teachers in the progression of the monthly pose focus in C2 classes. You will sweat, you will be humbled, and you will love yourself even if you fail at *this month’s pose*. If you care to succeed at it with consistent (weekly) practice, her progression will more than likely get you there. Overall, there is a consistency in the studio cleanliness, the punctuality and the professionalism of all the instructors. There is quite a bit of a turnover in instructors (though K has been there a while), and the class type selection has varied over time - I don’t happen to care about that since I’m there for the classic power yoga (C2). Rini selects instructors well and manages well. Check it out.

And what wonderful instructors. TRULY. Core power yoga thought me how great yoga can be ! It’s a workout not detoxing!! I say ! :)

During her instruction, Amber gave clear prompts and presented options that we could do for various poses. Her voice was clear and she was very complementary and friendly.
