I had come to this location the first time for slippers, returned them and got store credit for them. I wanted to come back to buy something, and in my first attempt we came towards closing and staff ignored us and made us feel unwelcome. We returned at a later date and an associate named Peter kept telling us to go next door to buy shoes instead. The staff is very unprofessional and unwelcoming. including the manager. I would not reccomend this location and will not be returning in the future.

I had a good experience with RJ who explained everything in detail and had me consider options until I was fully satisfied. He was very thorough and did not push me to buy what I did not need. He also was very patient and knowledgeable. He enjoys what he does - he is definitely an asset.
The proof of how well this will work for me hopefully will come about soon. I am following the instructions carefully.

What a relief! Knee and hip pain gone and feeling confident that the arches are going to keep me moving painfree and comfortably.
Charming expert Dmitry outfitted me with everything I needed. I learned a lot about feet, spine and proper foot alignment- it’s all connected. I’m walking taller now. Happy customer.

Peter was absolutely phenomenal. He was patient with me and throughly explained everything I need to find a solution that works for me. I am so appreciative of his time. I did the lifestyle plan and walked out with some new kicks. Thanks, Peter!

Not sure how I feel about my experience. Previously was fitted. Everything good. Years later return to be rechecked. Got new inserts paid for them perhaps. The new inserts have made my knee hurt and cramps started in my calves. Didnt have this before. So didnt wear after day 3 thinking it was my new inserts it got better. Its as though Im sitting up to high in the Brooks shoe I purchased from the good feet store. Maybe the new arch support is too.high up for the shoe that was fitted for inside store. I can't fit the strengthener in any of my shoes that currently I own. Need help. Started back wearing my new shoes and arch support to hopefully see a difference and have no.knee pain or calf issues this week. Spent alot of money there recently but in pain. Someting I didnt have before arriving a few ago or so. ?..What has happened. ??
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet arch supports differ from typical inserts and insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide firm yet flexible support to correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief, unlike generic inserts.
Can arch supports help if I already wear good shoes but still have foot pain?
Yes. Often, foot discomfort comes from foot mechanics rather than shoes. Good arch supports stabilize the foot, minimizing or alleviating pain from common foot problems.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
