- ASAmy S.Jun 10, 20263.0I went to the optometrist at this location and had a good experience, so I went to the optical office to get my new glasses. There were two people working, who basically ignored me as I tried on glasses until finally someone told me to let me know if I needed help. I ended up picking out my own frames and checked out. I got a text a few days later that my glasses were ready. I saw online that they were open until 7, so I went to pick them up only to find that they actually closed at 6. The next morning I thought I could pick them up...I had forgotten to check the exact hours at the store so I looked on the website again and it said 9am. Got there a little before 10 and they didnt actually open until 10. Once the office opened, I did mention that the website hours were wrong but the employee there didn't seem interested in that information. My glasses are nice, but I didnt feel like anyone was particularly helpful. Ive never been to an optical shop where no one helped me find frames. I thought that was really weird (especially since there weren't any other customers there).
