- JHJennifer HJun 2, 20261.0What a mess! I basically just went in an eye exam and to get my contact prescription renewed after wearing contacts for over 25 years. Not only could they not get trials in stock they also are requiring me to have multiple appointments despite my eyes being certified as in good health and my prescription actually having improved and no they’re not easily available to work you in when it’s supposed to be just a five minute Follow up and they definitely pressure you to add a bunch of extra service services. I can’t wait to go back to another optometrist and I certainly do not recommend them for contact lenses. Oh, and they’ll tell you it’ll be a week but then it’ll take more than a week and they’ll require at least one if not, two additional follow up appointments before letting you have your actual prescription and definitely a hard sale along the way.
