We've been members here for a couple of months now. The facility itself is solid. It looks like they're in the process of upgrading equipment, although some of the treadmills and rowers definitely feel dated. That said, everything is functional, there's a great variety of strength equipment, and it's rare to have to wait for a machine. The class schedule is also convenient.
The biggest downside, unfortunately, has been the staff. The person who signed us up was wonderful, but nearly every interaction I've had with the front desk since then has felt cold, dismissive, or like we're inconveniencing them simply by asking a question or reporting something that needs attention.
The gym itself has a lot going for it, especially if they continue with the upgrades the salesperson mentioned. Unfortunately, the consistently poor customer service overshadows what could otherwise be a really positive experience.
Walked in on a random Saturday to ask about membership, and Ben was super helpful in giving me all the details and going through their system to sign me up. Have been here for about a month now and couldn't be happier with the equipment, cleanliness, and various amenities.

To get a 5 star review, # 1- additional new treadmills are very much needed.
The gym and the treadmills are jammed packed from 4:30-8:30pm.
# 2 - Staying open later would help with this issue
Especially on the weekend.
The previous 24hr fitness members that are now OneLife had later hours.
The gym is nice and usually clean, but the girls locker rooms are gross. there’s a nasty smell and there’s always water all over the floor.
