  People at front desk is very helpful and friendly esp Louis and my instructor Mrs Holmes at the pool. It would be perfect if you set up the temperature of the pool water warmer a bit like 2 more degrees higher we really appreciated Thank you so much

  Great gym with excellent equipment, a clean environment, and plenty of options for a good workout. The staff is friendly, and overall it’s a great place to train. The only downside for me is the sauna and jacuzzi. Both are relatively small and tend to get crowded, and their open layout provides very little privacy since they are directly exposed to the main gym area. If these areas were larger and more private, it would be nearly perfect. Overall, I’m very happy with the gym and would definitely recommend it!

  The facility has lots of equipment. The individual trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable! The managers are very nice and answered all our questions. Great facility!

  Shout out to Amanda, she is such a pleasant person - always so outgoing and kind. You can always count on Amanda for a warm welcome. She is such a perfect fit for a front line team member at the front desk.

  Great training facility! Excellent attention to cleanliness and equipment functionality. Also, equipment placement and variety contribute to easy access and transition when focusing on specific routines. Fairfax One Life has set the bar real high. I hope i am able find a gym this good where we are going. Great job Steve and crew! Special thanks to Jose who keeps the men's locker so clean!
