I went to Dr. Soheil Rostami's office for a tooth extraction, and he performed the necessary surgery on my tooth. I wanted to say that he was extremely knowledgeable in his field, answered all my questions very well, and carried out the procedure with complete calm and care. The work was very clean, and his entire team was just as professional—everyone was friendly and detailed in their work. I wanted to say that I was very satisfied, and the whole process was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Dr. Soheil Rostami and his team at the Fairfax office if you need any dental work, implants, or surgery. I am truly, truly grateful to Dr. Rostami.

Dr. Suri removed my wisdom teeth here a few weeks ago and I told her that I would feel better if I knew what was going on at each step, so she narrated the entire procedure for me in a lot of detail, which made it really not that scary. She was also very responsive in the evening after my procedure when I had questions. The facility was very clean and modern as well.

I had two teeth extractions done by Dr. Rostami and I truly could not have had a better experience. They consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable and informed. The procedure itself was done very quick, I was out in under an hour with little to no pain afterwards.
I would recommend Dr. Rostami and their team a hundred times over, and I’m extremely grateful for the care and effort they put into making this such a smooth experience.
I am beyond frustrated with our experience at the Fairfax office. Months ago, we provided our insurance during the consultation and were explicitly told our cost would be $0. Today, as we checked in for my daughter’s wisdom tooth surgery, they suddenly demanded over $1,300.The office manager claimed they ran the wrong insurance (Medicaid) during the initial check, which was their error, not ours. It turns out they are out-of-network for our actual provider. Had we been given the correct information originally, we would have gone elsewhere.
Be extremely careful and verify your own insurance coverage here, or you might face a massive financial surprise on the day of your procedure.

Within just five minutes of posting my initial review, my phone rang. But instead of calling to fix their mistake, the conversation felt like a calculated attempt to shift the blame onto me. I was told that they wouldn't offer further assistance and that I "should have called for a STOP" to the surgery if I had an issue with the price. The impression I got was that they knew they had completely botched our paperwork beforehand, and instead of taking accountability, they tried to pressure me into feeling responsible for it.
Looking back at the day of the procedure, it is clear they purposely tried to hide their error. At check-in, they blindsided me with a $1,300 bill but gave absolutely zero explanation as to why there was a massive finance jump from the $0 estimate they provided in January. They saw me visibly struggling with the unexpected cost, yet they never gave me an option to cancel or reschedule.
The story got even more concerning when I requested copies of the paperwork. The document they rushed me into signing on May 11th actually had the date "01/15/2026" stated. Presenting a four-month-old, outdated system document at the absolute last second created a highly misleading paper trail—making it look like this $1,300 charge was established months ago, when in reality I was seeing it for the first time.
Because of how this entire situation was handled, I have officially opened a complaint file with Fairfax County Consumer Affairs to ensure a neutral third party thoroughly reviews their documentation practices and billing timelines.
