I’ve tried writing this review so many times because there are just so many reasons we keep coming back to Miracle-Ear Fairfax - it’s hard to keep it short! The biggest one? We’re always treated like family - not just another number.
Mo is genuinely one of a kind, and by that I mean he is 100% genuine. He’s personable, he asks how things are going based on our previous conversations, and you never once feel like you’re being sold something. When you're older like us, It makes you a lot more comfortable to be treated that, Although I'm sure that's true for . He makes the whole experience enjoyable! 😄 And with the cost of hearing aids, it’s reassuring to know that Mo truly wants to find the best fit for YOU - He's not upselling you on something you don’t need. It also helps that payment plans are available, so you’re not expected to handle payment all in one visit.
Because my husband and I have very different hearing needs and very different daily environments, it means a lot that Mo addresses us both individually every single visit. A perfect example: My husband’s hearing aids kept getting pulled off when he removed his glasses and safety glasses throughout the workday. We asked about longer cables, and Mo made it happen - swapping out the shorter cables for longer ones so they’d be less likely to get caught on his glasses. On another visit, I was coming in for my final adjustment after a week of testing mine out. I didn't like how they were sounding because too much extra noise was coming through. So, In discussion, we realized they weren’t fitting snugly enough, so Mo switched mine to a molded pair like my husband's. That’s just the kind of person he is. He goes out of his way to make you feel like "you're the only customer that matters", and of course, he does that with every customer. Sometimes he even makes special arrangements to accommodate a customer who is undergoing a hardship. (I hope there aren't many of those, but It's just another example showing that he truly cares about each and every one of us)!
Something else that was particularly important to me this time: I asked Mo about switching mine to battery-operated hearing aids instead of the rechargeable ones. After missing a critical emergency call because our hearing aids were charging, I made a promise to myself - I would never again be without them. Batteries meant I could wear mine all night, every night, with no downtime. Mo patiently listened to my concerns and then said, "We always offer a battery-operated option for people who prefer them", and he made sure I got exactly what I needed. (Thank you, Mo!)
Now, Bradley is the perfect complement to this dynamic duo! When I had to cancel an appointment during the same difficult time and couldn’t reschedule, he said that it was OK and he would check back with me. He really was concerned for us, and that meant a lot to me. He just kept patiently following up with me until I was able to reschedule. It's so refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about the customers answering the phones, and fitting you in for timely visits. It is obvious to us that Bradley is very good about keeping the office running smoothly so Mo can give the customers the quality service he takes pride in providing. He also helps with small adjustments and always makes sure there’s coffee and water ready, which makes every visit feel like you’re being taken care of, not just processed. (Thank you, Bradley!)
Well, I told you it was hard to write a review that was "short", but it is "shorter"! I just wanted people to know how special we think these two are - AND we love our hearing aids - Mo was spot on! 😎)
