  Today was my first visit to Dr. Bassiri DDS for regular dental checkup and teeth cleaning. Rachel at the front desk was warm and welcoming. My dental hygienist Priscilla was meticulous in taking x-rays and digital photos of my mouth and giving my teeth the necessary teeth cleaning. My teeth feel great following my visit. Dr. Bassiri reviewed my x-rays and advised that I should get three crowns to prevent deterioration of teeth due to teeth grinding. As an uninsured dental patient, I unfortunately do not have the $5,500 quoted for three crowns -- or even $4,400 with the 20% discount offered with their annual membership. Dr Bassiri's $250 annual membership plan is very reasonably priced considering that it includes two semi-annual checkups and teeth cleanings as well as a 20% discount on recommended dental procedures. By comparison, Alexandria Old Town Dental charges $399 per year for a comparable membership plan. I plan to return in August for my semi-annual checkup and recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a personable, friendly, trustworthy and experienced dentist in Fairfax Virginia.

  Needed a cracked tooth fixed and Dr. Bassiri and his staff handled it brilliantly. They will be my dentist office from now on. Highly recommended.

  Dr. Bassiri did two transplants for me and he did an amazing job! I started the process in June of 2023 and the complete process was done November 10th, 2023. It was a seamless process with no pain or complications! Keeping the scheduled appointments is key in this process to receive the best results. I am so happy with the end result, and I would highly recommend Dr. Bassiri and his staff any day as I gave him and his team five stars. They are a great group of people to take care of any dentist issues you may have!

  Dr. Bassiri's work is truly incredible. I've been going to his offices (both locations, in Fairfax and in Gainesville) since last year, and for the first time in my life, I actually look forward to going to the dentist. He's patient and professional, but he's also very personable and easy to talk to. I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time before my first visit, plus I had been grinding my teeth in my sleep, so there was a laundry list of things to take care of. Dr. Bassiri created a plan with me to start addressing various issues. He made sure that I was informed of the timeline and cost up front so that there were no surprises along the way. I recently had two implants done as well (a procedure that a lot of people probably anticipate to be scary or costly), but Dr. Bassiri and his amazing team made sure that I knew exactly what to expect. I didn't experience any pain in the implant sites the next day, and I'm looking forward to finishing the process in a few months. Without a doubt, the best dentist I've ever been to.

  I found this dental practice while searching for place to do my daughter’s braces. Dr. Bassiri gave a very good quote for braces, consultation was great and very professional and their pricing was more than competitive. I highly recommend this place. I myself decided to switch dental offices and proceeded with implant process that I started elsewhere with Dr. Bassiri. Let me tell you for a person that regularly sees dentist for all sorts of work and have anxiety in the dentist chair I was amazed how professionally I was handled by Dr. Bassiri and Miss Amy. Doctor has very gentle touch I felt pressure but I did not feel like I was constantly punched in the face during the procedure like I felt when I did my last implant elsewhere. Miss Amy was assisting during the surgery and her touch was as gentle as doctor’s. I felt relaxed in their hands. It is not pleasant to go through implant surgery but Dr. Bassiri and Miss Amy made me feel very comfortable. I have seen and done work with many dentists in the area no one can beat these guys. I loved the experience and highly recommend this practice for all dental needs. Will be referring my friends and family to this practice. Thank you Dr. Bassiri and Miss Amy.
