- MDMuhammed Demiroz5 days ago1.0I went to LensCrafters at Fairfax Mall to get contact lenses. I paid for the eye exam and they gave me trial lenses while my daily lenses were being ordered. They told me the order would arrive within a week, but it never arrived in the promised time. The trial lenses they gave me also tore after only a few days of use. Since I had to travel outside the country, I needed to buy lenses elsewhere temporarily. I called them and asked for my prescription/lens numbers, but even though I had already paid, they refused to provide them. Very disappointing experience and poor customer responsibility/communication. I would not recommend this location.

My whole family has bought glasses from this location and every time has been a great experience. If you can, try to come during the less busy times, sometimes during the busier times of day you could potentially have to wait a few minutes before being helped. At those times, staff is great about giving you an accurate eta of when they’ll be able to help you.
