Miriam fixed them in under 30 minutes and they looked perfect, like new. I couldn’t believe it. I tried to tip her because I was so grateful, and she just said the appreciation from customers is all she needs — that kind of humility really stuck with me. He was very polite and overall it was an excellent customer experience!

I came in looking for help with my prescription glasses and the protection plan, but instead of trying to find a solution, I was simply told no. There was no effort to explain any options or offer an alternative, which made the whole experience frustrating. When customers spend hundreds of dollars on glasses and pay extra for protection, they expect good customer service and support. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my concerns didn’t matter. I hope this location improves the way it treats customers and is more willing to help instead of giving a quick dismissal.
