  Great experience. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and thorough. Was seen by the Dr. Very quickly. And Kevin helped me pick out my glasses. Super easy and painless. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

  I made my sons initial appointment for contacts and was told his exam is covered by insurance and we will just pay out of pocket for the contacts themselves. Today I called again just to verify this before we came. The woman who I spoke to acted very annoyed that I was asking these questions. She then after 10 minutes of me saying that as a client I just want an up front idea of the cost, told me oh well now it’s a $39 wellness fee. Oh and the fitting can be up to $250 PLUS the actual contacts themselves. Clients deserve to be told up front what they should expect… not surprised and taken advantage of.

  Went to there 10 mins late, expected that i would be turned out the door, had to sign a paper which said co-pay 35 dollars which means 0 on medicaid but then told later after that it was for wellness service fee which doesn’t cover it and was mandatory as a check-in form; this is the epitome of how you get scammed when going there at 4pm on rush hour. And after inspecting the glasses the my medicaid hardly covers those glasses as 136 out of pocket you could get frames and prescriptions elsewhere just not here, not to mention it violated HIPAA just by me hearing a nurse whisper about a patient instead of dragging the doctor out at 4:35 pm so I heard it all because it was well within 3 ft from the doctor and computer.
